factors and multiples and commutive proproty

we have been talking about factors and multiples. my favorite thing is the multiplication because it is my favorite and I really enjoy it. we are also talking about commutative property.I like commutative property because it is just like turn around facts. I also like it because they are very easy and they are my favorite thing to do in math.

cool stuff that we're doing in class

This week we are learning about factor trees in school.Factor trees are puting all the factors of that number in the factor.Next week we're going to learn about the presidential election.And we're learning about division.And we're reading a book named Holes in reading.And the best thing about it is I know how to do division.

What I Have Leared In 4th Grade

So far what I have leared in 4th grade is how to do factors and multiples for math. And for reading what I have learned is metacognition and that means to be thinking about what your thinking about. I predict that we will start a scince test in a few days. Science is my favorite thing to do because we have put vinagar on all the rocks to see if they have calcite in them. One rock had calcite and we know because it bubbled when we put vinagar on it. I think thats all what I have learned in 4th grade.Adam.

About me and school

Hi I'm Karsyn but everybody just calls me Karsie now let me tell you about me. I love to learn math I like it because you can learn new stratagies. My favorite thing in math is factors and multiples. I love hanging out with my friends at school we come up with all sorts of ideas. I also like swimming but it's not as much fun without my friends. In english we are doing simple sentences and compound sentences. I love this school year so far it has been fun. My friends and I love playing tag it's so fun I can't wait till we go outside everyday because we might play tag. Mrs. Bonham is the best teacher I could get out of all the other ones. Morning work is tough to complete some times it's because it's to hard or people just want to talk to there friends. I almost can't wait till after the bell. I love this school and it is so cool so get out of bed and go to your school and learn learning is cool. Have a great education day everyone.

Did you know that some rocks have minerals? Some are sandstone, feldspar, and quarts,and there are many other tips of rocks.Also some rocks are soft and some are hard,some are shiny and some are not.Some can be many colers,and some are just plain white.

what i like about 4 gade im makeing a lot of friends in the class the frist day i came i was scard but i got used to it for a week and befor a week i made some friends .i relly need to learn more disvon . factors and i guss i need to leran more of every thing i like this class. but im geting thare .i hope i stay at this school i relly hope i stay here badly thats all i wish to do.

So far my class is doing a cold acid test to see if rocks have calcite. If a rock has calcite it will bubble that is all we know so far. The asid we are using is vinager. The two rocks that have bubbled are calcite and quartz.

Things i love about 4th grade

What we learning in school is factors.I like factors and also coumutive proptery because they teach you math.I think ms.bonham is a nice teacher we learn lots of stuff Ms.bonham teaches me lot of things. I think she is the best teacher i ever had im starting to like 4th grade and math. Because i use to did not like math at all in 3rd grade last year. Im getting alone with my friends that i just met in 4th grade there nice to me. Last year i wished i had ms.bonham as my teacher because she is the best teacher again like i said early. I think my report card is going to be good because im learning lots of differnt things in 4th grade 4th grade is awsome really I think so.

My 7 weeks at school

Last week we learned alot of things like math,science,socialstudies,readerstheather,and,teamtime.Most of the kids in my class love teamtime.But what Mrs.Bonham really wanted us to learn is Factor and Multiple what she ment was that we that had to learn it before the EOG. It was very hard work the we learned it was taking three sheets of paper and writing stuff donw on it like definition,in my own words,and,examples.Mrs. Bonham wants us to learn everything so that we can be pepared for the EOG.This is all we learned this week it really cool wants you get used too it.Eveything that we learned is all in this blog.O'h I all most forgot Mrs.Bonham showed us this blog.Everyday we go by number order until everybody has gone we love this blog.Thank-you MRS.Bonham.

Exciting Experiment

I am trying to be more "tech savvy" in today's world. One of my friends showed me her class blog, and I decided to take her idea. (Thanks Ms. Knox..)
