The EOG and Crabs,Frogs,and Mililipedes

Hi my name is kayla and my class and I have already taken the EOG and everybody thinks they did good and i know that i did good too and that makes me happy because everybody thinks they did good and that makes me happy just to see them happy when they pass and i pass so that makes me really happy. Our teacher Mrs.Bonham has crabs and Mililipedes in the classroom and i think it's really cool to look at crabs from the beach i think and they live in salt water so that makes the cage stink which we don't like but we to watch them fight and play with and dance it's just really cool. It's my job to feed the crabs so they don't die of hunger.The mililipedes stay in the dirt they hate the sun but really cool to see.

Good morning today is a wonderful day because it is raining . We have been learning how to make a good letter about homeless people to obama thats one project that we is doing in school the 2 one is and is abc on nc's and there is someo more projects and every morning we do drop in the buckets and then we check and she says we have been doing a very good job on math sence we have been doing drop in the buckets and now we might do drop in the buckets this whole year and we have been doing alot of test and we have been doing a reading test with muggie maggie group and we have been doing writing test with the whole class and it took us about 2 weeks and we have been doing a very good job in class and 1/weeks we havent did morning meeting and we have been doing alot of things in math and , we have to get math rocks everyday and on friday we got the s and today we are having fun monday and we have been doing alot of math and reading homework also and we have been geting on the computers and doing abc nof nc's and trying to get some facts about different states that we have wroten down on our paper and we have been editing our letters to obama but first a student edit it and then the teacher can edit and then we can type it up on the computer and then we print it and then we give the next computer to the next student who already have there story edit by the teacher and another student that is in our class and we have a very smart teacher because she teches us alot in the class and she cares about us and make sure we get our work , morning work, and homework done and she doesnt wont us to fell and be right back in her class but she loves us and in drop in the buckets we have been doing something called fractional parts thats in now becoming EASY sence we have been doing it everyday but not saturday or less we have saturday school and no sunday school . $ LOVE ANNA *

whats going on

What is going on at school
we are testing alot these couple of weeks or months for the EOG. these tests are sort of easy sometimes last test I got 100%. mostly everyone did because that one really easy. last week we had a sub her name was mrs. shelton. she wasn't really that nice except she only gave us half of our work so we had alot of fun. in one of the lessons mrs shelton made everyone dance but me. well mrs bonham is finally back no more madness.

our field trip

I had so much fun on Wednesday because we had a field trip. the company is called high touch high tech. it was so cool because the field trip came to us. the field trip was about the the studies of died animals. we got to see a died alligator and crocodile . was so scary because the laddie came up to me and asked me if i knew which one was which. gosh that was so scary. then was started to look at birds. there was a picture of a humming bird a flamingo and some other birds i forgot. then we had a contest because all the birds that we looked at they all had beaks and the laddie had made these little beaks for each one. and we had to use the beaks that she made so that we could pick up the little hings in the cup. it had little things like marbles and rubber worms. then we made this really cool thing she had put some vinager and baking soda and she made this thing turn all difrent colers it wa so fun.

School is awsome to me because we have a lot of nice things that Mrs.Bonham gives us. PE is a great speical that I like in school. In school I meet nice freinds in school. In class feild trips are fun to me and my class mates. Now my most favorite thing is Mrs.Bonham, she is the greatest teacher ever! those are my 5 reasons how I like school

New Things we learn

learn towrite a very googd story about homeless people and what can obama do to help and sometimes for homework we have to research at home or at school why we is waiting for our bus and we have to look up pictue of homeless people and we have now started on our abc of nc and thats when we have to look up states or cities and we have to do another project about the civil war and we have to get some all white paper about(2) and then we have to write down things about the civil war from out of our social studies book and then we have to draw a couple pictures and the other project thatbn we havent done in a long time was when we have to write a story to our mom and dad or however we want to and we have to tell them where is staying and what is we eating and others things and we have to act like we is staying somewhere like the mountains the piedmont and one more and we have been doing alot of test and we have been doing a very good job on it and the class goal is very good .

WHAT WE ARE DOING IN SCHOOL

in math we are learning how to use the forgeven method. I am so peppy about this method. Last week I got a 100% on my test. We are learning how to redouse fractions. It is so cool. right now the morning meeting all my friends go to the morning meetings. My teacher is so cool. I hope she is my teacher next year. right now we are doing the polw greeging we are spose to use a ball but i kick it over the fince. I school the best part is lunch. I have so munch fun in school. at 11:10 igo to a driffrent teacher. she is very funny well she think she is. everybody in class is cool. moring work is a little hard. We have been reading Shiloh it is about a dog.He follows a boy named Marty he has no food.He gives Shiloh the bones and meat.He asking people for old food for Shiloh.He is using people for Shiloh they told every body and to give them food.We also have been writing and reading and math.We have been doing the forgiving method.I love to read and write math.We have some ups and downs in this class but we make friends.

Shiloh

In school we are reading the book Shiloh. It is about a dog who follows a boy named Marty home. Marty falls in love with the dog but soon finds out that the dog belongs to Judd Travers, a man who beats and starves his dogs. When the dog runs away again, Marty makes a pen up on a hill for him and keeps him a secret. Then one evening right before he went to sleep he heard a yelping dog. He went up on the hill and found Shiloh badly injured. But the dad followed Marty up and the secret was blown. The dad takes Shiloh to the doctors house and leaves the dog there so that the doctor can stitch him up. That is where we stoped yesterday.

its about these two kids named michele and micheal and there going to bath

using a fake head for when they cut off blackbeards head but when they get
there the head is missing OH NO!! there trying to get the head back or make
a new one to save the summer play we are also reading shiloh it's about this
kid named marty who finds a dog and then wants to keep it but he finds out
that the dog belongs to a guy named judd travers he a man you don't want to
mess with he a crazy guy who needs to watch his languge and steals money and
drinks beer wiskey and achohal he tries to keep the dog a secret from judd
travers and family

Good morning and afternoon we will be trying our best in schoool today and we will try our best to not get a 8 and try to get a golden ticket and try to get a good grade in everything we do in science we have been learning about healty things and good thing to eat and not bad things to eat and we have not been doing social studies so we are doing science and in socaial studies we are still working on a project that is about we are in the mountains,piedmont,and something else and we have to tell them what have we been eating and what have we been doing up there and how are we and the other project is when we have to get on the laptops and look up things about the project and we have to have abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxy and z and then we have to write down some states or cities in each letter and then we have a parnter and we have to look the states and cities up and we hae 3 or 2 parnter and we can start with whoever we want then say a abc like that then we each ahve to look the state and cities up and type it or write it and we can log up the microsoft word anad type it up there and we have been learning more and more things about fractions thats what we have been doing in math this month and the weeks and we have been doing very good by trying to help our teacher out without yelling at us so we can have a good day and we have been trying to clean the room up so it wont be messy anymore like it have been the few weeks and we have been doing alpt of hjealty things and class to well see you later LOVE ANNA

food pyrimid and and ou valintines party

So far in the class we have been talking about the pyrimid and the food group. We have also been talking about the groups in the food group.My favorite group int he food pyimid, is the friut group because i love to eat fruit, but i hate the pears becuase they are so gross. My favorite part so far since we have been talking about the food pyrimid is the game that we played in the computer lab last week. It was a game called the food pyrimind bast off. What you had to do is you had to chose diffrent things from diffrent catigories. Like one or two things from the fruit group, or one or two tings from the breakfast group. Then you had to chose from the somthing from the activty group for sixty minutes. the when the balst off you go to print it off.
then today we are having a valintines pary a field trip and a celbration. we are having a valintines party because it is a part of the lesson book thingy, and becuse we realy want to have a party. my teacher ask us to bring in a couple of things from the food group and she wanted to bring the sweets in. i brought in trisuts and cheese. and a bunch of other people brouth in a bunch of other stuff. i lov e valitines day so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4TH GRADE

Here in forth grade we do lots of stuff and all of it is fun. The THINK TAC TOE is the best. That is where you get a specal prevlage to do other stuff than the class. I love the things in this class!!!! We are going to have a feild trip on friday the 13th. I'm so exited. We are having so much FUN FUN FUN in 4th grade !!!!. Mrs Bonham is the best teacher you could have!!!!. She lets us go where we want to go for recess. In 4th grade

Hi my name is Zay I'm a student I'm Mrs.Bonham class she is a nice teacher we are now learning about decimals in class. I think I know how to work with decimals at least I think so.In read aloud we have finally finished the people of sparks it was a good ending. But now we are reading The Tales of Despereaux its a good story I think some people in my class do not like the book. There is some destractions from people but I can ignore it. We have a project for the wikki well any ways were going to start science again with food chemistry I know all the pyrimaids here there are sweets. Fruits,Vegetables,Milk's group. My favorite food pyramid is the sweets there so Delicious I can not resit them. I am making friends in 4th grade even though I think this is the last quarter of 4th grade.

In social studies we are finding things in North Carolina that start with all the letters of the alphabet. We each have a partner, and we have until after the EOGs to finish. They have to be things in North Carolina such as cities, lakes, rivers, or people. We also have to be able to write five sentences about each letter.

we are reading a book called from the mixed up files we are on chapter three and theres two kis
running away to the mets art musem and they only have forty dollars to live with and right now
there on a subway train I dont know how much it costes to get on the train but not that much but one of the kids named jamie said they should hide in the woods and we are doing reading tests to see how good we can read we just did a reading test as a class for conext clues
